Central (main) warehouse formerly used by Billa Croatia is positioned east of the Zagreb-  Varaždin highway. Building position is in the industrial zone St. Helena near city of St. Ivan Zelina.

Warehouse complex is consisted of the main warehouse building, entrance pavilion and an underground water tank for fire safety. The building was designed for storing items and goods from the product range of Billa supermarkets. Additionally central kitchen for preparation of food sold in the supermarkets was also part of this warehouse complex.

Load bearing construction and walls of the building were mainly prefabricated. Outer longitudinal walls in the ground level have three layers, thermal insulation and are prefabricated multilayered reinforced concrete „sandwich“ elements. Outer side walls and walls of the first floor are prefabricated three layered thermal insulated metal sandwich panels fixed using the steel sub construction mounted on the load bearing reinforced concrete construction. Office part of the building, located by the main entrance, has a glass façade.
