Supermarket chain Billa has expanded into Croatian market in 1999. Since begining up until Billa leaving Croatia in 2017. we have designed and oversaw construction on many locations throughout the country. Designing and overseeing projects like these, often big in scale (including central warehouse Sv. Helena – cca 25.000 square meters) has needed great precision and coordination with many cooperants. Although desingning these spaces often doesn`t leave room for being creative, we always tried to infuse our design with architectural elements to visually enrich projects. Also, where applicable we interpolated the surroundings if they were architecturally interesting. Longtime experience in designing Billa supermarkets and their offices qualifies us for supermarket design and responsible cooperation in all phases of the project.
