This residential building is five stories high in accordance to the urban rule for this part of Zagreb. Design is dynamic, achieved by alternatly recessing parts of the volume from the base of the building on north and east facades and recessing each floor on south and west facades. This way we maximized the use of the terrain and escaped from uniform design of the building while still being in accordance of the city rule for high buildings (half of height of the building from terrain boundary). Also, this helped achieve better quality of apartments by gaining lots of open space. With greenery it emphasizes connection with Maksimir, the biggest park in Zagreb.
Building is consisted of 12 apartments with garages and storage areas in the basement. Volume of the building makes apartments different in size and shape.
